Questions before you order
Will I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. After you order, we send a design preview on WhatsApp so you can check the names, spelling and colours before we print.
Why is there no Cash on Delivery?
Every piece is printed only for you, after you order. A refused COD parcel can't be sold to anyone else, so we take prepaid orders only.
Pay securely online through Razorpay or Paytm.
When will my order arrive?
Standard: dispatched in 5–10 working days.
Express (₹200 extra): dispatched in 1–3 days.
After dispatch, delivery takes 2–5 working days anywhere in India.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and government holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send the tracking ID by email or WhatsApp. You can then track your order here.
Can I change the names after ordering?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. If we haven't started your design yet, we can update it. Once production has started, changes aren't possible.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Because every piece is made for you, we can't accept cancellations, returns or refunds once an order is placed.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email info@the3dprintingstore.in within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video recorded from the moment you open the parcel. Once we have checked it, we repair or replace it.
What is it made of?
90% eco-friendly, plant-based 3D-printing plastic. Up close you will see fine print lines: that is the natural texture of 3D printing, and the piece is made to be displayed and seen from a little distance.
How do I reach you?
Chat with us on WhatsApp or email info@the3dprintingstore.in. We reply within 1–2 working days.
