How to track my Order ? / When will I get my order ?
Dear Customer,
We delivery all across INDIA 🇮🇳 and below are our dispatch and delivery timelines apply, please note they are WORKING days.
STANDARD / FREE DISPATCH
Dispatch time line - within 10 working days from order date
PRIORITY DISPATCH extra ₹200
Dispatch time line - within 3 working days from order date
After dispatch it takes another 2 to 4 working days to reach you
PLEASE NOTE
1. We do not work on Government Holidays and weekends 🙏🏼
2. You can track your order from our website only after dispatch 🙏🏼
3. Exact delivery date can not be told until your order is dispatched. Hence we share the timelines only. 🙏🏼

Can I get a Preview of the order before ordering ?
Dear Customer, preview and demo is available to our paid customers. It will be doing injustice to those who have paid and got the previews, even if we make one exception.
Kindly place your order and then inform the team by clicking HERE and we will arrange for the design demo and preview of the product as soon as its ready.
Amount has been debited but I have not received confirmation ?
If your payment is successful then you would have received an email from PayTM or RazorPay our payment gateway partners.
Kindly forward that email or the screenshot to t3dps@swamy.tech and we will look into the issue and confirm your order within 24 hours.

What material is use ?
All our products are made from 90% Eco friendly 3D printed plastics 🙏🏼
All the planks are 3D printed and will result in rough finish up close.
However the plank is meant to be seen from afar as a show piece like in our videos.
If you look closely in our videos you will see the same rough finish in all our planks images and videos as well.
Are there refunds and returns ?
There are no refunds and returns on customised products of any kind.
Incase of returns/replacement, the shipping fee to be paid by the customer for any return or refund for other products.
Do you collect Taxes ?
Yes our GST number is 29AAXCS0208G1Z3
For sale outside of India we do not collect IGST or any form of tax.
