REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At The 3D Printing Store India, all products are manufactured specifically against each customer’s order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

NATURE OF CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

All products are personalised and produced uniquely for each order. Once manufacturing begins:

• The product cannot be reused, resold, or repurposed
• Material, labour, and machine resources are committed
• Therefore refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

GENERAL REFUND & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We operate a strict No Refund Policy on customised products.

All orders are processed immediately due to the customised nature of our products. Therefore:

Order cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.

However, subject to production status:

• If design or manufacturing has NOT begun — we may assist with
– Modifications to the order, or
– Conversion of the order value into store credit (valid for 3 months from conversion date)

• If design or manufacturing HAS begun —
– No cancellation
– No refund
– No store credit

We operate a strict No Refund Policy on customised products.

Where a refund is considered under exceptional circumstances, it will be issued only in the form of store credit.

Store credit may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Order cancelled by us.
• Confirmed functional failure of the product

Store credit will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Timeline dissatisfaction within communicated estimates
• Personal urgency or event-based requirements
• Incorrect customisation submitted by customer
• Courier delays outside our control
• Subjective dissatisfaction after approval of preview/demo

All decisions remain at the sole discretion of The 3D Printing Store India.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product/pricing errors
• Stock or production limitations
• Suspicious or abusive activity
• Incomplete information
• Operational constraints

If cancelled before manufacturing — store credit may be issued.

If cancelled after manufacturing or dispatch — refund will not be issued as the product becomes unusable.

DEFECTS / DAMAGES / WRONG ITEM

Customers must inspect orders upon delivery.

If an issue exists, notify us within 3 days of receipt at:

Eligible cases:

• Manufacturing defect
• Functional failure
• Incorrect product received

Resolution Process:

• Product must be returned for inspection
• Tampered/used items are not eligible
• Customer bears one-side shipping cost
• Company bears return shipping cost
• Repair or replacement will be provided

Returns requested beyond 3 days will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns are not accepted for:

• Customised products
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges are not available for customised products.

CUSTOMISATION RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must provide complete customisation details via:

• Email submission with Order ID

Failure to provide accurate details may result in:

• Shipment delays
• Order processing issues
• No cancellations
• No refunds

We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect submissions.

If incorrect details result in courier return:

• Reshipping charges apply

EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Due to the customised nature of our products:

• No exchange requests will be accepted once manufacturing has commenced
• No exchange requests will be accepted after delivery
• No modifications or changes to customisation, design, colour, or text will be accepted once manufacturing has begun

Exchanges or replacements are not applicable for change of mind, personal preference, or subjective dissatisfaction.

A replacement may be considered strictly under the following circumstances:

• Verified manufacturing defect
• Functional issue affecting usability
• Incorrect product delivered (different from confirmed order details)

Eligibility Conditions:

• Issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
• A continuous unboxing video recorded from package opening to product inspection must be provided as supporting evidence for claims related to damage, defect, or incorrect items
• Product must be returned for inspection when requested
• Item must be unused, untampered, and in original condition
• Approval is subject to verification by our team

Resolution Process:

• Upon approval, we may repair, remake, or replace the product at our discretion
• Customer bears one-side shipping cost
• Company bears return shipping cost
• Replacement requests are limited to one resolution attempt per order
• No monetary refund will be issued where replacement or repair has been provided

Replacement Timeline:

• Replacement manufacturing follows standard production timelines
• Expedited timelines are not guaranteed
• Courier transit timelines remain outside our control

Non-Eligible Scenarios:

• Claims submitted without unboxing video evidence
• Requests made after manufacturing commencement
• Requests made after product delivery
• Incorrect customisation submitted by customer
• Minor surface or aesthetic variations inherent to 3D printing
• Colour or finish variation due to screen/display differences
• Courier-related delays or external handling issues
• Issues reported beyond the specified reporting window

All decisions regarding exchange or replacement remain at the sole discretion of The 3D Printing Store India.
